Respect in service

A matter of course for both sides

Good customer service is our top priority. Our dedicated teams work hard every day to provide you with the best possible support. We are aware that challenges can arise in the heat of the moment or due to complex issues.

We understand that questions or difficulties in using our software can sometimes be frustrating and lead to uncertainty. This makes it all the more important for us to communicate with each other on an equal footing. We therefore ask you to treat us with the same respect that you would expect from us.

Friendliness in communication with our customer service team is essential for us – whether in writing or verbally. This is the only way we can understand your situation and efficiently search for solutions.

Therefore, we have zero tolerance for:
  • Insults and derogatory remarks
  • Sexual harassment
  • Threats of violence
  • Any form of discrimination (e.g. xenophobia, homophobia)
If respectful treatment cannot be guaranteed, we may:
  • Ask to be called back later, once a constructive atmosphere for discussion has been restored.
  • End the telephone call.
  • Continue communication exclusively in writing.
  • In the event of serious threats, inform the relevant authorities.
