This is exactly where we are looking for support in our support team in Stralsund.
Your role
- In technical support you are a competent contact person for technical questions regarding typical software and IT topics.
- With the support of the customers in the software questions, you quickly build up a trusting and exciting network
- You support our customers via ticket system or telephone in 1st or 2nd level
- From time to time you meet the customers at their energy plants
- If you wish, you can also try out other areas, add variety to your daily routine and shape your career with us.
Your qualifications
- Independent and quick training as well as very good analytical and communicative skills
- Computer science training or similar qualifications
- Ideally experience with MySQL
- Very good knowledge of German (at least C1)
- Good knowledge of English (at least B1)
