Here you will find all the necessary tools so that our support can help you with any questions.
Support Client
With the support client, our support has the option of viewing the content of your PC screen.
In order for our support to access your computer, you must download the support client, start it and then tell our support employee the code ‘Your ID’ (consisting of 9 digits) displayed.
Don’t worry: once you exit the support client, access to your computer is no longer possible.
Important: If you have started TeamViewer on your computer, TeamViewer must be terminated before you start our support client.
Teamviewer 12
We usually use TeamViewer for the remote maintenance of PCs.
Here you can download the TeamViewer version we use to equip computers with it.
teamviewer12_host_setup.exe we use for computers and servers to make them accessible via TeamViewer for remote maintenance.
teamviewer12_setup.exe Required for workstation computers to access computers with the ‘TeamViewer Host’ installed.
